Peanut Chopping Machine

This peanut chopping machine mainly used for cut various kinds of Nuts, such as Peanut,Almond Kernel, Walnut kernel, Chestnut kernel to be small particles.
Peanut will be sent into machine by conveyor, and the speed of cutter is constant . By changing working speed of feeding conveyor to adjust the size of finished peanut particle.

Usage:
This machine is specialied in to cut various kinds of Nuts, such as Peanut,Almond Kernel,Walnut kernel,Chestnut kernel to be small particles.

Advantage:
1. The properties to this machine are high production,equal size, low material consumption, low noise and no oil from the chopped peanuts.
2. The chopping blades cut the materials at certain speed, by adjusting the speed of conveyor, the peanut would be chopped into different sizes.
3. The chopped particles are selected through the vibrating screen.
4.Equipped with vibration screen, can grade the chopped granules into different levels. And the size of the mesh screen is custom-made according to the customer requirement. 
5.Chopped evenly, with little powder, no oil squeezed out.
